Personal Pizza

Ingredients:

2 ounces baby spinach

Half a cup fresh basil leaves chopped

12 kalamata olives

1 Tablespoon Unsweetened coconut milk

3 organic eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon grass fed butter

1 teaspoon minced garlic

dash of red pepper flakes

Dash of oregano

1tbs basil

2 tablespoons goat feta cheese

  1. Preheat toaster oven on 350
  2. Whisk together eggs, salt, red Pepper flakes, oregano, unsweetened coconut milk.
  3. In a medium-size pot add grass fed butter and minced garlic on med heat till garlic is slightly cooked. Then add the spinach cook till spinach is wilted.
  4. Then put this mixture in A pie dish then add the egg mixture over the spinach add the olives.
  5. Place it in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.take it out Add
  6. Then add 2 tablespoons goat feta cheese
  7. Back in oven for two minutes.
  8. After removing it from the oven sprinkle the olive oil and the basil the top.
