Personal Pizza
Ingredients:
2 ounces baby spinach
Half a cup fresh basil leaves chopped
12 kalamata olives
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened coconut milk
3 organic eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon grass fed butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
dash of red pepper flakes
Dash of oregano
1tbs basil
2 tablespoons goat feta cheese
- Preheat toaster oven on 350
- Whisk together eggs, salt, red Pepper flakes, oregano, unsweetened coconut milk.
- In a medium-size pot add grass fed butter and minced garlic on med heat till garlic is slightly cooked. Then add the spinach cook till spinach is wilted.
- Then put this mixture in A pie dish then add the egg mixture over the spinach add the olives.
- Place it in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.take it out Add
- Then add 2 tablespoons goat feta cheese
- Back in oven for two minutes.
- After removing it from the oven sprinkle the olive oil and the basil the top.
