Chicken Caesar Salad

2 ounces chicken

1 tablespoon grass fed butter

1 clove of garlic

2 tbs. ground flaxseeds

6 to 8 leaves of Romain lettuce

1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Dressing Ingredients

1 avocado

10 stems of dill

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon

Dash of Himalayan salt

About ¼ cup water or more for your desired consistency

Cover your chicken with your ground flaxseeds.

In a small skillet add 1 tablespoon grass fed butter and one clove of garlic chopped. Once your garlic is cooked, add your chicken that is breaded in your flaxseed. Cook them well then put aside.

Then chop your lettuce in a large bowl and set aside.

Place all the dressing ingredients in the blender or ninja. Blend until the dressing is completely smooth. If it’s too thick you can add more water till you reach your desired consistency.

Then pour the dressing over the lettuce, add the chicken on top then add your pecans and your cheese.
